Do you take insurance?
Vitality does not accept or process insurance at either of our facilities unless it is an approved FSA/HSA card. We will provide you with a coded billing receipt after your visit which you can submit to your insurance agency for reimbursement. This does not apply to Medicaid or Medicare. We do not have contracts or process any form of billing with Medicaid or Medicare.
What’s the cost?
Actual treatments will vary from patient to patient, and are tailored to treat their specific condition or aliment. It is difficult to determine the exact cost of your particular regiment without a consultation with one of our licensed physicians. Vitality will find the most effective treatment for both yourself and your wallet. Vitality recommends only evidence based treatments (those that have shown positive results in studies) and will not push, recommend or prescribe unnecessary treatments.
What treatments are offered?
There are many different treatment options. We will find the best option for you based upon your age, medical history, current medications and laboratory results.
Who is going to treat me?
You will be seen by one of our licensed and board certified North Carolina Male Physicians.
How long will the appointment take?
The appointments last 45 – 60 minutes; but can range depending on how many questions you have for the doctor.
Do I need a referral?
Though you can be referred to be seen, it is not necessary to have a referral for an appointment or treatment.
